Dometic
Dometic is one of the most recognised names in campervan, motorhome and outdoor living equipment. Its origins can be traced back to the invention of the absorption refrigerator by Swedish engineers Baltzar von Platen and Carl Munters in the 1920s, technology which later became the foundation of the Dometic brand. Originally part of Electrolux, Dometic was established as a dedicated leisure vehicle division in the late 1960s before becoming an independent company in 2001. Today, Dometic products are sold in more than 100 countries and are trusted by campers, vanlifers and outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.
At Just Kampers, the Dometic range includes campervan essentials such as refrigerators, coolboxes, awnings, windows, sanitation products, power management equipment and outdoor living accessories. Dometic products are designed to maximise comfort, convenience and self-sufficiency, whether you're heading away for a weekend break or embarking on a longer touring adventure. Through acquisitions including WAECO, Seitz and Kampa, Dometic has developed one of the most comprehensive ranges of mobile living products available today.
Dometic products are particularly popular with Volkswagen T5, T5.1, T6 and T6.1 owners, as well as Volkswagen Crafter and Caddy conversions. Many products are also suitable for Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Renault Trafic and other van conversion platforms. Whether you're fitting out a new campervan, upgrading an existing conversion or adding practical touring accessories, Dometic products are designed to help make life on the road more comfortable.
