Dometic Product Recall
Just Kampers were formally advised on the morning of Friday 23rd July by ‘Dometic’ that defects had been identified within their range of gas/cooking products, this formal advice is attached for your reference/information;
Within the PDFs, below it details the exact products ‘Dometic’ have identified as being affected, we have highlighted the units we stock in red below: If you have one of the two products highlighted below please contact Dometic to report your defective unit.

All affected units have a SKU/Reference that start with “96xxxxxxxx” for example 9600037325
- if your unit doesn’t start “96xxxxxxxx” there is no need to take any further action
- if your unit DOES start with “96xxxxxxx” you MUST immediately read the PDF documents on this page and follow the instructions provided, including ceasing use of your unit.
The SKU/Reference number can be identified by looking at the product label on the underside of the unit per the attached images, the SKU is highlighted in Red in the second image.
We apologise for this situation, we have identified and contacted all customers we believe have an affected dometic product.
