What are JK’s Sliding Door Storage Pods?

Our sliding door storage pods are a great way to increase the storage available inside your VW Transporter, whether you’re using it as a works van or you’ve converted it into a camper.

Each one gives you one smaller and two larger shelves which can store anything from tools to magazines without taking up extra space or hindering the way your sliding door works.

What vehicles do JK’s Sliding Door Storage Pods fit?

We’ve created sliding door storage pods which will fit the nearside (left) sliding door on the VW T4 – J48661.

There’s also two different options if you’ve got a VW T5 or VW T6: J48260 fits on the nearside (left) sliding door, while J48533 is for the offside (right) door.

You can also get a bundle kit which includes both the nearside (left) and offside (right) sliding door storage pods, if your T5 or T6 is a twin-slider – J48536.

How big are JK’s Sliding Door Storage Pods?

The dimensions of our sliding door storage pods line up perfectly with those of your existing sliding door cover, including all of the mounting holes.

This means you’ll be able to install one really easily, following a quick four-step process – and not everyone will need to do one of those steps!

How do you install Sliding Door Storage Pods?

All you’ll need to do is remove the original sliding door card from your vehicle, line up your new one, and then push in the fir-tree clips which are supplied with the pods.

Carpeting the storage pods isn't neccessary, but if you want them to match the rest of your vehicle's interior then it can be a nice finishing touch!
