Goodwood Revival will be including a Beach Buggy display in their 2024 event, and they’re looking for over 100 cool beach buggies to take part.

About the Beach Buggy display at Goodwood Revival
Goodwood Revival 2024 is taking place on Friday 6 to Sunday 8 September. It's a celebration of renowned vehicles from throughout motoring history, and this year they’ll be putting on an impressive display of Beach Buggies.
The team at Goodwood are looking for over 100 different Beach Buggies to take part in the display, which will be in place for all three days of the event.
If your Beach Buggy is one of those chosen to be part of the display, you’ll be welcomed in early for the event, on Thursday 5 September, before it starts on Friday 6 September.
Each day during Goodwood Revival you’ll drive your Beach Buggy around the iconic track at Goodwood, which means your Beach Buggy must be road-worthy and won’t drip oil on the track.
While it’s not doing laps of the Goodwood track, your Beach Buggy will be parked up as part of the display at the event, alongside over 100 other Beach Buggys. There will be security, but visitors will be walking between the vehicles.
Once the event has finished, you’ll be able to head home in your Beach Buggy late on the Sunday night or on Monday.
Here’s what Goodwood are offering:
If your Beach Buggy is selected to take part in the display at Goodwood Revival, you’ll receive the following in exchange:
• Two weekends passes, which gives you admission for all three days of Goodwood Revival 2024,
• Two Paddock Access Passes, which get you into the paddock and pits,
• Access to the exclusive Pilot’s Club,
• Discounted camping at Goodwood Revival 2024 - £80 for a non-electric pitch,
• Inclusion into the Opening Parade, which takes place at 9am each day of the event.
As well as all of the above, you’ll also have the kudos and bragging rights that come from having your VW on display at Goodwood!
How to get your Beach Buggy on display at Goodwood Revival:
The team at Goodwood are currently taking applications, so you’re keen to have your Beach Buggy be part of Goodwood Revival 2024 you’ll need to email competitors@goodwood.com with the following information:
• Your name,
• Email address,
• Mobile phone number,
• At least three recent photos of your Beach Buggy, including the front, back, and side,
• A 100-word history of your Beach Buggy,
• The base year of the Beetle your Beach Buggy is based on,
• Details on the body style, eg. Meyers, Kingfisher, Manx, etc.
Please note that entries are managed entirely by Goodwood, and will close in early June.
