VW T25 Caravelle, new 1.9 DG petrol engine, 1986 registered, manufactured 1985.

Here for sale is "Reggie". He is a twin slider who still has most of his original interior. He has been used as a minibus most of his life within 2 families so he has never been used as a work van. Reggie is registered as a 1986 vehicle but was actually manufactured in 1985. Reggie has a new rebuild of his own 1.9 DG engine, which has only driven to the MOT station and back since completion. This was completed professionally. He has also had: - all ancillaries replaced for new ones, - new tyres, - new battery, - new accelerator cable, - new breaks and an overhaul, - new clutch slave cylinder, - steering rack overhaul with bushes etc, - new radiator, - new fuel tank, - new fuel lines, - new starter motor, - trailing arm, All in all, Reggie is now very mechanically sound. He starts and runs lovely, he has a 12 month MOT on him. He is very solid for a van of this age, but obviously like most VW's there are age related marks. The only reason I am selling him is because I no longer have the time to use him like I had originally planned to and I do not want him to just sit and not be used. I am looking for about £6000 but I am open to offers on this price.
