One of the key ways we made it from a small workshop fixing up classic campervans and Beetles in 1989, through to a leading supplier of parts and accessories for dozens of different vehicles, is because of the great service we offer our customers.
Here’s a few of the reasons that so many people like shopping with Just Kampers.
We make a continuous effort to ensure that all of the parts and accessories that arrive at JK HQ are of the highest quality and that anything which doesn’t meet our standards never makes it onto our shelves or reaches a customer.
We’ve taken this so far, that we’ve gone on to create our own Preservation Parts range, much of which is made on-site here at Just Kampers.
If you think you’ve had a part from us which isn’t up to standard, then please let us know, and we’ll look into it immediately.
Ever since we moved online in the early 2000s, we’ve taken online security really seriously. There’s a whole range of measures in place on our website and at our offices to make sure that all of your data is fully encrypted and can’t be accessed by unauthorised parties.
We also won’t ever sell or pass on your data, and all of our marketing is ‘opt-in’ only, meaning we won’t contact you unless you tell us you want us to hear what we’ve got to say!
We know there’s nothing worse than waiting around for your parts to be delivered, which is why we make sure that we get your order picked, packed and sent out as soon as we can.
Our couriers will get your order to you as soon as they can, and will keep you up to date about when you can expect your parcel to be delivered.
There’s a huge amount of information and knowledge present in the JK Team, which goes into selecting, photographing, writing about and recommending the parts and accessories we offer here at Just Kampers.
We know what we’re talking about, having driven, repaired, restored and loved classic and modern Volkswagens for decades, and having collectively owned well over 300 of them over the years.
As well as knowing loads about the different parts and accessories available for different vehicles, we’ve also assembled a really friendly and helpful bunch in the JK Team! It’s a great place to work, and that really comes across when we’re speaking with customers – if you get in touch, you know you’ll be dealing with someone who knows what they’re talking about and won’t talk down to you, but will offer friendly, helpful advice and information.
