This Empi performance oil shock is designed for use on lowered Ball Joint Beetles featuring shorter travel to help prevent the suspension bottoming out . Measuring 10 1/2" when closed and 15 5/8 when open we highly recommend you measure and check the suitability for your application before ordering. Sold as singles these are suitable for lowered VW Beetles with Ball Joint axles built from 1967 on We always recommend replacing shocks in pairs.
