One of the quirks of owning and driving a VW T2 Bay can be the gear selection. Often worn linkages make finding the gears a bit of a hit and miss affair.This kit consists of all the bushes required to refurb the main gear rod and, plus we have added a quick shift plate to shortens the throw of the shifter, and a Urethane rear gearbox coupling that is stiffer than the original style rubber bushings, both of these up grades will offer improved gear shifting characteristics and a vastly improved driving experience.
